For Australian swim schools

Term fees for your swim school, worked out to the cent

Keep the software you've got. TermRoll collects lesson fees, works out mid-term starts and keeps track of makeup credits.

What TermRoll works out for you

  • The sibling discount across children's lessons
  • Pro-rata for a child joining partway through a term
  • Makeup credits under your school's rules
  • BECS direct debit or card, upfront or weekly
  • Re-enrolment reminders at 7 and 14 days after launch

How the billing works

Sibling discounts, applied automatically

Set your discounts once, such as 10% for the second child and 50% for the third. Add a family cap if you use one. Every invoice line shows how the discount was worked out.

Direct debit or card, upfront or weekly

Families pay by BECS direct debit or card, upfront or in weekly instalments. Failed payments get retried, then parents get a link to update their details. Anything still unresolved comes back to you.

Makeup credits under your rules

Set how many makeup credits a child can have and when they expire. Parents use a link to book an eligible class with room. TermRoll checks capacity before it confirms the place.

Re-enrolment invites, reminders and last calls

Launch the campaign and invites go out that day, with a reminder 7 days later and a last call at 14 days. See who's re-enrolled and who hasn't booked. Messages stop when a family re-enrols.

Billing that sits beside the timetable software you already use.
