For Australian dance studios

Term fees for your dance studio, worked out to the cent

Keep the software you've got. TermRoll collects class, concert and costume fees, with sibling discounts on the family statement.

What TermRoll works out for you

  • The sibling discount, every term, for every family
  • Pro-rata for a student starting in week 4
  • Concert and costume money on the family statement
  • BECS direct debit or card, upfront or weekly
  • Re-enrolment reminders at 7 and 14 days after launch

How the billing works

Sibling discounts, applied automatically

Set your discounts once, such as 10% for the second child and 50% for the third. Add a family cap if you use one. Every invoice line shows how the discount was worked out.

Direct debit or card, upfront or weekly

Families pay by BECS direct debit or card, upfront or in weekly instalments. Failed payments get retried, then parents get a link to update their details. Anything still unresolved comes back to you.

Concert and costume money on one statement

Collect costume, concert and competition fees on the family statement. Set a due date and TermRoll sends reminders before it's due. Parents pay through a link, without creating an account.

Re-enrolment invites, reminders and last calls

Launch the campaign and invites go out that day, with a reminder 7 days later and a last call at 14 days. See who's re-enrolled and who hasn't booked. Messages stop when a family re-enrols.

Billing that sits beside the timetable software you already use.
